GUARANTEE 3 YEARS (5 on the compressor)
1. The Hisense air conditioners are guaranteed by Hisense Italia Srl for 36 (thirty-six) months from date of purchase of the end customer and subject to activation. The guarantee covers all repairs and/or replacements of air conditioning components that had defects and/or manufacturing defects. Hisense Italia Srl extends a further Commercial Warranty on the compressor only for a further 24 (twenty-four) months, the same provides for the free provision of the only part replacement (compressor) that was defective, after verification by an Authorized Technical Assistance Center (labor expenditure borne by the customer).
2. This warranty applies only to the models of the line Residential and Commercial
The request of warranty extension must be carried out on the website www.hisense.it within 30 days from the date of purchase or installation of the products. • To the request must be COMPULSOREDLY attached the receipt, invoice or DDT Proving the purchase of the products. The customer will receive an email that took place registration by Hisense to the address entered during registration. The certificate of guarantee must be kept together with the email of registration and presented to the technician, together with the purchase document, for have access to the intervention under guarantee.
To activate the warranty extension, it is necessary to register the external machine only.
