Appliances Technician & Installer

The Company is seeking to recruit the services of an experienced technician to work on-site or at customer’s homes to assess appliance problems, and referencing manuals to solve complex issues and repair them.

You will also be asked to install new appliances. The ideal candidate should have the technical skills to quickly identify and isolate problems, stays up-to-date on new appliances, and has strong customer communication skills.

The chosen candidate will be expected to:

• Execute maintenance and installation of home appliances
• Diagnose and repair home appliance problems
• Estimate costs of appliance installation, repairs, and services to customers
• Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services on home appliances
• Read and apply manufacturer manuals
• Test newly installed appliance components to ensure proper function
• Teach customers how to properly use their home appliances
• Enter completed home appliance repair projects and the parts used into databases

Ideally and given the different portfolio of clients we service, the chosen candidate be multi-lingual.
