Shop Manager
Sound Machine Malta are currently looking to recruit the services of a full-time Shop Manager.
Role:
The chosen candidate will assume the crucial position of a Shop Manager. The individual will assume responsibilities that encompass overseeing daily operations, including sales management, exceptional customer service delivery, precise inventory control and effective staff supervision. Ultimately, the candidiate will serve as the driving force behind the company's success.
Tasks:
- Treating both internal and external customers with respect and diligence
- Offering after-sales support to customers and proactively resolving service issues
- Addressing and promptly resolving customer complaints while ensuring the best possible solution
- Diligently following up on complaints until the customer is fully satisifed
- Responsively answering customer questions and enquiries
- Guiding customers to our online resources for additional information
- Providing assistance with general adminsitrative and clerical duties
Requirements:
- Prior customer care experience would be advantagous
- Strong teamwork skills are essential
- Basic computer literacy is a must
- Resourceful and analytical problem-solving abilities are crucial
- Exceptional organisatonal and time management skills
- Capability to effectively priotise and manage tasks

Sales Representatives
Sound Machine Malta are currently looking to recruit the services of full-time Sales Representatives.
Role:
As a Sales Representaive, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Tasks:
- Present products or services to showcase their benefits
- Understanding and addressing customer needs and objections
- Maintaining accurate sales, customer records and sales transactions
- Collaborating with the sales team
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis
- Promptly addressug enquiries and resolving any post-sale issues
- Managing and nurturing long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Digital Marketing Executive
Sound Machine Malta are currently looking to recruit the services of a full-time Digital Marketing Executive.
Role:
Reporting to the Company CEO, the chosen candidate will assume overall responsibility for the marketing strategy the group. He /she will draft and implement a strategy that will cover both digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, SEO and others) as well as other conventional marketing means such as the publication of articles on renowned magazines, radio and TV.
Tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the company’s marketing strategy
- Implementing suitable marketing campaigns for targeted audiences through STP
- Able to prepare advertisement content that attracts people further to the Brand/s
- Fluent in social media platforms, Google Analytics and search engine optimisation
- Assuming responsibility for the company’s websites (content, photography, other)
- Providing ongoing feedback regarding digital marketing performance / compiling statistics
- Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ pricing, services and products
- Liaising with the Group Sales team on a regular basis to discuss products and others
- Assuming responsibility for the Group marketing operating budget
- Scheduling and organising events to promote new products and services
- Able to liaise with the media and act as a PR when the need arises.
Requirements:
- 2-3 Years in a similar role
- Preferably in Marketing / Communications and or in Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication skills, specifically in the English language
- Creative, proactive, able to work in a team, performance-oriented and organised
- Smart and outgoing personality
- Personal charisma is a priority.

Appliances Technician
Sound Machine Malta are currently looking to recruit the services of a full-time Appliances Technician.
Role:
Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, the chosen candidates will be responsible for repairs and general aftercare of selected domestic appliances handled by the Company.
Tasks:
- Carry out repairs as assigned in the shortest possible time on white goods which would include, but not be limited to: washing machines, driers, fridges, freezers and similar appliances.
- Prioritising of jobs as required in order to ensure maximum customer experience.
- Ensuring minimal disruption to customers when carrying out works as their premises.
- Identify spare parts any spares needed and communicating to ensure ontime ordering.
- Acting as Company representative on location at clients’ premises, workshops, etc..
Requirements:
- 2-3 Years in a similar role is ideal
- Qualified in refrigeration repairs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in 3rd party domestic premises
- Good command of the English language.
- Clean driving licence
